Yes. We carry £5m of public liability cover, and we are happy to send the certificate over before any work starts.
Light rain does not affect the finish of a pure water clean, so we usually carry on. If the weather turns unsafe we will move you to the next available slot at no extra cost.
We work from the ground with a pure water-fed pole system, so there are no ladders against your home and no detergent residue left on the glass.
No. If you give us permission, we can access your property through side or back gates, or over garage roofs, if it is safe to do so. If there is no way through, we can arrange to clean when you are home.
Yes. One off cleans are treated as first cleans, and we charge extra for one off and first cleans. After that we can give you a regular price and add you to a round. After 6 months without a clean, you go back to being a first clean customer.
No. For window cleaning we carry our own ultra-purified water, and everything runs off our vans.
We may need access to water or power for gutter and uPVC cleans.
